All U.S. Gmail Users Now Have Access to Google’s Dark Web Monitoring

Google has revealed that it will soon make its dark web monitoring feature available to all Gmail users in the US, allowing them to find out if their email addresses have been found on the dark web. The feature will be rolled out over the coming weeks and will also be available in select international markets. Once activated, Gmail users can scan the dark web to identify their email addresses and follow guidance from Google to protect their data. They will also receive regular notifications from Google to check if their email is linked to data breaches on underground cybercrime forums. Previously only available to Google One subscribers, the dark web monitoring feature is now accessible to all Gmail users.
